By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients, including but not limited to:
- Commercial cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Retail cleaning
- Communal area cleaning
- After builders cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Domestic cleaning services
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after agreement via email, phone, or written communication. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking.
4. Access & Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
5. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept standard UK payment methods including:
bank transfer, cash, and card payments (if applicable).
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
6. Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking value.
7. Satisfaction & Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean or suitable resolution.
8. Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured and take all reasonable care while providing services.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not properly secured
- Wear and tear of materials over time
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
